What is Myaoke™ and KA-REM-U™? A Deeper Understanding of the Healing Energies.

In March 2025, I travelled to Bali to host my first Divine Living Retreat.

It was already a meaningful trip before I had even arrived. There was something about bringing that work to Bali that felt right. The energy of the

island, the depth of the retreat, and the kind of space it allows people to enter into within themselves all felt deeply aligned.

What I didn’t expect was that the trip would also mark the beginning of something entirely new in my own work.

During my time there, something profound came through.

The clearest way I can describe it is this: I was gifted two healing energies directly from Source. They didn't come through as an idea I had been trying to develop, or a method I had been piecing together in my mind. They came through very clearly, very directly, and with a depth that was impossible to ignore.

Those energies became Myaoke™ and KA-REM-U™.

Even now, I'm careful with how I speak about that experience, because some things are sacred. But I also know that part of my role is to give

language to what I have been shown, and to honour what was given by sharing it in a way that is clear, grounded, and useful.

At the simplest level, both Myaoke™ and KA-REM-U™ are forms of energy healing. In that sense, they sit in the same wider world as practices like Reiki, where healing energy is channelled to support emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing. So this isn't completely outside of what many people may already understand about energy work.

What feels different to me is the level they work on and the way they came through.

Reiki is a beautiful and powerful modality, and for many people it can be deeply supportive. Myaoke™ and KA-REM-U™ also work with energy,

but they don’t feel like a variation of Reiki or an adaptation of something existing. They came through as their own distinct healing frequencies, with their own intelligence and purpose.

Myaoke™ came through as a soul healing energy. It works beyond the surface level of the mind and supports healing at a much deeper level. It’s not simply about helping someone relax, feel calmer, or receive comfort, although those things may happen too. It works at the level of the soul, where deeper patterns, disconnection, and what is out of alignment can begin to clear. It often feels to me like a return to truth. A remembering. A deeper restoration of what has been covered over.

KA-REM-U™ came through differently, but alongside it. Where Myaoke™ carries a deeply restorative and soul-level quality, KA-REM-U™ has a

stronger connection to emotional and physical healing. It supports the body as well as the energy system, and it has its own distinct intelligence.

I don’t experience them as interchangeable. They each have their ownrole, their own frequency, and their own way of working.

For someone unfamiliar with energy healing, the simplest way to understand this is that everything carries energy, including our emotions, our bodies, our thoughts, and the experiences we have lived through. Sometimes what we carry doesn’t just sit in the mind as a memory or belief.

It can also be held in the nervous system, the emotional body, and the energetic field around us. That is often why someone can understand a pattern fully and still feel unable to shift it.

This is where energy healing can be so powerful. It works beyond talking or analysing. Itsupports movement at the level where something has been held, stuck, or stored. That doesn’t mean words and insight aren’t valuable. They are. But sometimes healing needs to happen at more than one level.

That is what has felt so significant to me about Myaoke™ and KA-REM-U™.

Over the years, I have supported thousands of people through coaching, healing, transformation, meditation, Ayurveda, Reiki, and deeper spiritual work. I have seen how powerful insight can be. I have seen how life-changing it is when someone begins to understand themselves more clearly. But I have also seen that insight alone is not always enough.

Many people know exactly why they are the way they are. They understand the pattern. They can name the wound. They have done therapy, coaching, courses, and years of inner work. But something still does not shift fully. Something still feels held in place.

These energies don’t only help someone understand what is happening. They work at the level where the pattern is actually held. This means the

healing isn’t only intellectual. It’s energetic. It is embodied. It reaches places that words don’t always reach on their own.

Since receiving these energies, I have been listening carefully to how they want to be shared and worked with. I don’t believe in rushing something

sacred into the world before it’s ready. I believe in integrity. I believe in stewardship. I believe that if something is given from Source, it should be held with responsibility.

That has been part of this journey too. Not only receiving them, but learning how to honour them properly.

What I know now is that Myaoke™ and KA-REM-U™ are here to support a deeper level of healing. They are here for the people who know there is more beneath the surface. The people who are not looking for another quick fix or another mindset shift, but who are ready to work at the level where real transformation becomes possible.

For some, that healing will feel like a return to themselves. For others, it will feel like a clearing of what has been carried for far too long. For others,

it will feel like something they have been sensing for years finally finding form.

I think that’s often how deeper work begins. Not with certainty, but with recognition. Something in you knows.

Looking back, Bali was not only the beginning of Divine Living in that space. It was the beginning of a new chapter in my work. One that I am still

unfolding, still learning from, and still deeply grateful for.

Some things in life are built step by step. Others are given. Myaoke™ and KA-REM-U™ were given. My role has been to listen, to honour

them, and to share them in service of healing.
